Hello,
i'd like to access a jnlp file with icedtea-web on my arch system. I need this for locale access via ipmi to my server system at home.
When i start the file with icedtea-web on a terminal i become the message No DBus connection available
is there another option to access the jnlp file without icedtea-web?
I tried a lot make it work with icedtea-web a while ago, but at last I installed jre8 from aur (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/jre8). Then I use this command to access iLO of HP servers, I hope this helps you. /usr/lib/jvm/java-8-jre/jre/bin/javaws iLO-jirc.jnlp
