Can't open. It's a few months that reddit blocks many kind of visitors. Your IP is from middle east? Blocked. From China? Blocked. From a proxy server? Blocked. From a VPN? Blocked. With Tor? Blocked. With fingerprinting resistence? Blocked. I have tried all of them and more. It's a long while that I cant open reddit. I even cant register from browser. Happily so. I don't remember the benefit of it durig a few years. -- Best Regards, Abraham Sent with Tutanota; https://tuta.com

Odd, I've been accessing it in China over a VPN for many years. Do you have issues with any other website, and what happens when you replace "www" with "old"? Cheers, Aᴀʀᴏɴ
Maybe a nice alternative is to use alternative privacy-focused frontends like redlib[1] or teddit[2]. They're goal is exactly to allow access to Reddit to everyone without a bloated interface or letting Reddit have your data. I did not see that post, but that was my solution: pacman -S libblockdev-utils pacman -Su When the problem occurred, I had the following versions: pacman -Q libblockdev libblockdev-utils libblockdev 3.0.4-3 libblockdev-utils 3.0.4-3

I hit return (Y). David
The fix was to force an upgrade of libblockdev-utils first. David On Sun, Mar 3, 2024 at 2:06 PM David Bohman <debohman@gmail.com> wrote:

It looks like both packages provide libbd_utils.so=3-64.
