The 10th Libre Sofrware Meeting will take place in Nantes (France) from July 7th to July 11th. It is the biggest Open Source event in the country (see http://2009.rmll.info/?lang=en).

Are there Archers planning to attend? Speaking French is probably required to take part in some of the conferences but not mandatory for all of them.
