ftp.archlinux.org is just a mirror like any other mirror.

Oh, Ok, sorry. I thought it was the master. -- Gerardo Exequiel Pozzi ( djgera ) http://www.djgera.com.ar KeyID: 0x1B8C330D Key fingerprint = 0CAA D5D4 CD85 4434 A219 76ED 39AB 221B 1B8C 330D

I think it goes like this: commit > server (gerolde/sigurd) > mirrors But according to https://www.archlinux.de/?page=MirrorStatus;orderby=syncdelay;sort=0 ftp.archlinux.org has a delay of 1.8hr which is the fastest. -- GPG/PGP ID: B42DDCAD
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: RIPEMD160 Yeah for the past 12 hours or more, I have about 6 packages that won't update/download. They are all the gstreamer packages and vim from extra. Because of those failed downloads, none of my other updates would occur automatically. I had to apply them all manually. I'm now up to date except for the 5 gstreamer and vim packages. They are still broken or something. I tried multiple times to do the system-wide update but still same problem. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) iEYEAREDAAYFAkt233IACgkQWSjv55S0LfHGwgCeP/q2/VL2tB+MaPze2uqLSVmf OU8AoOJXdk0J+jXCdeDqvb9tkL805MWL =S6H0 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

I got those packages yesterday from http://archlinux.unixheads.org/$repo/os/i686 with no problems.
