Here is a good start. There are a few members on here who rely on accessibility of some kind or other, me included. Besides that there are some good articles on the ArchWiki about Accessibility.

you can ask here. what kind of accessibility you need? we have accessibility category[1] on arch wiki.
for blind and visually impaired we have brltty and espeakup support in archiso[2].
