30-dbus will go away, so that's not an issue.

That leaves dbus-launch. I don't see why you would want to remove the binary? Is something on your system trying to call it, even if we remove 30-dbus?

So... once this discussion emerged, I wonder whether it is a good idea to make libx11 optinal as the dbus-launch binary will miss /usr/lib/libX11.so.6 on a server setup?
