Looks like we have a new rebuild list then:
$ pacman -Sqs vim- ...

Minor releases don't happend more than once a year. It's not that much of a biggie. Honestly, I on't know how big the impact is when vim has to look up files in two pathes over one. Users did complain about it that's for sure.
