linux-headers-3.3.8-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz: invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)
I believe you need to download the corresponding .sig file as well. Make sure you have the correct file, it's difficult to distinguish them using the name displayed on the download page without looking at the link.

pacman downloads the related .sig files from the server itself. I still manually downloaded it to be sure.
