Bump. Found the bug report that says xdelta3 3.0.7 does not compile in 32bit architectures: http://code.google.com/p/xdelta/issues/detail?id=161 After applying the patch, it compiled fine: http://code.google.com/p/xdelta/issues/attachmentText?id=161&aid=1610001...
I did a small test (creating and applying deltas), seems to be working OK.
Should I post this in the bugtracker?

Yes. This way you are sure: - to get the maintainer's attention; - that your issue will be properly tracked and won't require "bumps".
