Just a note for those interested in the trinity project, After the usrlib move, TDE builds fine, including koffice. -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
Great David! I can't wait to have it running and stable on my arch box Calvin On Jul 17, 2012 12:26 AM, "David C. Rankin" <drankinatty@suddenlinkmail.com> wrote:

Me too, I was waiting for this to try Trinity on a single-core Pentium 4 / 1.25gb RAM :) -- -msx

It will run great! I have fresh (post usrlib) i686 packages that can be tested, I just need somewhere to host them. The only fixes I have yet to do is update the PKGBUILDs for libart-lgpl, python-tqt and sip4-tqt so the will replace (libart-lgpl python-sip python2-sip & sip) without error. For the current install you have to use a 'pacman -Rdd libart-lgpl python-sip python2-sip sip' before issuing the 'pacman -S tde-base' install command. With that one caveat, tde installs completely with the single pacman call. -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
