[arch-general] [glibc 2.27] Lots of freeze with amdgpu driver on a Ryzen3 2200G.
I noticed since glibc 2.27 update on testing repos, my archlinux based system freezes randomly. Freeze could happen after 10 minutes or 3 hours I deactivate testing repositories, downgrading packages and everything works back. Here is my inxi -F output : inxi -F System: Host: fredo-arch-mate Kernel: 4.16.3-1-ARCH x86_64 bits: 64 Desktop: MATE 1.20.0 Distro: Arch Linux Machine: Type: Desktop System: Gigabyte product: A320MA-M.2 v: N/A serial: N/A Mobo: Gigabyte model: A320MA-M.2-CF v: x.x serial: N/A UEFI: American Megatrends v: F22b date: 02/13/2018 CPU: Topology: Quad Core model: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics bits: 64 type: MCP L2 cache: 2048 KiB Speed: 1827 MHz min/max: 1600/3500 MHz Core speeds (MHz): 1: 1827 2: 1854 3: 1856 4: 1913 Graphics: Card-1: AMD Raven Bridge [Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series] driver: amdgpu v: kernel Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.19.6 driver: amdgpu resolution: 1366x768~60Hz OpenGL: renderer: AMD RAVEN (DRM 3.23.0 / 4.16.3-1-ARCH LLVM 6.0.0) v: 4.5 Mesa 18.0.1 Audio: Card-1: AMD driver: snd_hda_intel Card-2: AMD driver: snd_hda_intel Sound Server: ALSA v: k4.16.3-1-ARCH Network: Card-1: Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet driver: r8169 IF: enp6s0 state: up speed: 1000 Mbps duplex: full mac: e0:d5:5e:24:93:32 Drives: HDD Total Size: 1.82 TiB used: 161.97 GiB (8.7%) ID-1: /dev/sda model: ST2000DM006-2DM1 size: 1.82 TiB Partition: ID-1: / size: 48.97 GiB used: 7.39 GiB (15.1%) fs: ext4 dev: /dev/sda3 ID-2: /boot size: 511.0 MiB used: 62.3 MiB (12.2%) fs: vfat dev: /dev/sda1 ID-3: /home size: 1.74 TiB used: 154.50 GiB (8.7%) fs: ext4 dev: /dev/sda4 ID-4: swap-1 size: 1024.0 MiB used: 28.3 MiB (2.8%) fs: swap dev: /dev/sda2 Sensors: Message: No sensors data was found.
