[arch-mirrors-announce] arch.hu.fo upstream ISP upgrade to 10Gbps uplink: intermittent availability expected in the next 24 hours

Hi all, Our upstream network provider has finished upgrading their router hardware but software upgrades is still ongoing. {rsync,http,https}://arch.hu.fo/archlinux/ will experience intermittent down time in the next 24 hours.
