[arch-mirrors-announce] mirror.funami.tech had temporary outage which is completely recovered now

Due to setting up firewall and rebooting mirror.funami.tech was unable to be accessed. And rsync was unable to be accessed for a while because I forgot to open the port for it. It's now all fixed and they all work. Sent from my iPad
