[arch-mirrors-announce] arch.mirrors.lavatech.top downtime

Hello, I noticed that our mirror arch.mirrors.lavatech.top was out of sync due to some rsync issues on our host. I've been meaning to do a complete wipe of the mirror box to bring the OS up to date, which I will do now. This will lead to a downtime, after which the mirror will return and will be up to date.
