[arch-mirrors-announce] arch.jensgutermuth.de is synced again

Hi! The sync cronjob failed on arch.jensgutermuth.de after running it manually as a different user. Additionally the error mails were not getting through. Those issues are fixed now and the mirror is resyncing. Looks like this will take a few hours. Additionally I changed the upstream mirror to rsync://mirror.f4st.host/archlinux/ as I was getting timeouts from rsync://mirror.pseudoform.org/packages/. Best regards, Jens Gutermuth
