Hello,
I'm the sysadmin of archmirror.lavatech.top.
I moved archmirror.lavatech.top's rsync source to mirror.pseudoform.org
as f4st.host seems to be having issues (it didn't get updates in ~9
days) and is giving 502 on the main page.

Hi,
I'm the chap responsible for mirrors.uk2.net, but the email address you
will have on record for our Arch mirror is likely mirrors(a)uk2.net which
is no longer active due to a restructuring of our mail.
Please update your records to replace mirrors(a)uk2.net with my work
address, david.precious(a)uk2group.com in case you need to reach me
(although I'm subscribed to the arch-mirrors list with my personal
email address anyway).
Many thanks
Dave P
Hi,
Arch newbie here, but encountered a confusing issue.
It seems that mirror.lty.me is badly out of sync.
Weirdly enough, https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/status/ is showing
that the mirror is up to date, and syncing every 2 minutes.
Unfortunately, it is a really fast mirror, so reflector is ranking as
the first mirror in the /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist for me, so anyone who
is not paying attention is getting locked out of updates.
Seems like it has been out of date for a while too, as this thread had a
person with 120 packages in need of an upgrade!
https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/chjohu/lack_of_updates_caused_b…
I'm sure you know, but you can test this by putting mirror.lty.me at the
top of the /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist and then running pacman -Syyu, and
it will have a ton of errors like this:
warning: ark: local (19.04.3-1) is newer than extra (19.04.2-1)
I'm just confused how https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/status/ isn't
recognizing that this mirror is out of date!
Michael
Hi,
Just for your information:
I am the admin of mirror.chaoticum.net.
There are several downtimes of mirror.chaoticum.net -->
https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/chaoticum.net/
The reason is, that i migrated parts of system from harddisk to SSD for
better access and response times and reduce the io load from harddisks.
Now i finshed my work and uptime will be at 100% with better
responsetimes in future.

I run a local mirror for a university off of the lug.mtu.edu tier 1 mirror
and noticed that it's multilib database hasn't been updated since
2019/03/31. There seems to be other issues as well.
You can see the issue here:
http://mirrors.lug.mtu.edu/archlinux/multilib/os/x86_64/
compared to a working mirror:
https://mirrors.rit.edu/archlinux/multilib/os/x86_64/
The mirror seems to be downloading new packages but it is also keeping old
packages (or possibly just broken symlinks?) and not updating their
database files. I'm not sure what is wrong exactly, if their rsync config
was changed, etc but it seems currently the mirror is broken/out-of-sync.
I've sent an email to the mirror operator directly but I wanted to also
inform the mailing list in case any tier 2 mirrors are using this mirror.

Hi!
Does anyone know what's the problem with archlinux.polymorf.fr? They are
already more than 3 days behind in updates.
In the meantime, I've switched mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net to ftp.sh.cvut.cz
Cheers,
Luchesar
