[arch-mirrors] Changes to archmirror.lavatech.top

Hello, I'm the sysadmin of archmirror.lavatech.top. I'll be moving the mirror from archmirror.lavatech.top to arch.mirrors.lavatech.top. The old subdomain will continue to work for the foreseeable future, but I'd appreciate it if it could be updated on the mirrors list. Thank you, Ave Ozkal
