[arch-mirrors] f4st.host issues resolved (was: Changes to archmirror.lavatech.top)

I moved archmirror.lavatech.top's rsync source to mirror.pseudoform.org as f4st.host seems to be having issues (it didn't get updates in ~9 days) and is giving 502 on the main page.

Thanks. I've been trying to contact the f4st.host admin, but so far I haven't had any luck despite repeated emails. If I don't get a reply and fixed mirror soon, I'll contact affected tier 2 mirrors and get them to move too.

The f4st.host issue should be resolved now. If anyone still sees problems, feel free to notify us. Florian
