Hi Giancarlo,

Thanks for the response!

Our mirror exceeds tier1 requirements, and we are happy to request a formal upgrade to tier1 for archlinux.mirror.digitalpacific.com.au

We are also happy to remain as a tier2 mirror should you not have the resources on your end. :)

Just as a side note, our staff emails will appear from digitalpacific.com.au or hostopia.com.au -- more than likely the latter. Everything is aliased, so either works!

Thanks,
Matthew.

I have just updated the ip's on our page. Since you guys are Tier2, there's no ACL
to change, but we use those ip's for checking if the mirror is up and up to date.

First of all, take a look at this page:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DeveloperWiki:NewMirrors#Tier_1_requirements

To make sure your mirror can become a tier 1. But, also keep in mind that we don't
always add new tier 1 mirrors, because we have to measure the impact on our side as
well.

Anyway, after making sure your mirror matches the requirements, request a formal upgrade
to tier 1 on this list as well and we can discuss.
