Are there any SLA requirements?

Hello, I noticed that the mirrors provided by some Chinese mainland universities stopped working, and I learnt from other sources that it was due to school holidays and hence the schools shut down the power supply. So I was wondering if archlinux has any SLA requirements for mirror? Best regards, Gentry
