[arch-mirrors] Question about moving Tier 2 mirror to Tier 1 mirror

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. If my archlinux.pallissard.net has a 1Gbit uplink that is currently underutilized is there any reason that a feature request to move it to a tier 1 mirror would be denied? Any information would be greatly appreciated. -- Matthew Pallissard
