[arch-mirrors] New mirror in Norway

We have just set up a new mirror in Norway, Trondheim, as far as testing goes we have successfully used it ourselves. Currently only serving ftp. Geographical location: Trondheim, Norway. Domain: mirror.pvv.ntnu.no Access on: ftp://mirror.pvv.ntnu.no/pub/archlinux/ we have not dabbled with rsync access, so I don't think it works. We will try to fix this. The mirror we chose to sync from is http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/archlinux/ and we sync every 2nd hour. Possibly we should have asked first, but I hope we did not cause any inconvenience when we did the first sync.
