[arch-mirrors] mirror returning error doc when file not found

Is it considered a Bad Thing for a mirror to redirect to an error page instead of returning a 404? I'm seeing this on archlinux.supsec.org, and it confuses pacman, as pacman can't tell the difference between this, and a corrupted download.
