[arch-mirrors] IP change for archlinux.c3sl.ufpr.br

rsync.archlinux.org is denying access to sagres.c3sl.ufpr.br, due to an IP change. Would it be possible to grant access based on the host name? If not, please configure access for 200.236.31.1, instead of the old 200.17.202.1. We cannot update while this change is not put in, because of problems coordinating the two IPs with many mirrors and inbout/outbound connections.
