I can see denied sync requests from that IP starting on 2022-08-14 at 06:01 up to 08:31 (UTC). As of 2022-08-14 08:46 you seem to be trying to sync from 116.15.89.177 (which is also the current IP your mirror's hostname resolves to).

Can you please clarify what's going on with these IP changes?
