[arch-mirrors] Hacking & Coffee DC1 Mirrors going offline tonight for Migration

      A DC migration is happening tonight, and our mirrors are going to be
offline.
Please disable them for the time being so that when the cut off happens the
users should already be diverted.
This affects the following mirrors:
mirror.hackingand.coffee (Rsync, HTTP, HTTPS)

CentOS
Qubes
Kali Linux
