Application for Qilu University of Technology Mirror as an Arch Linux Tier 1 Mirror

We are writing to formally apply for our mirror site (mirrors.qlu.edu.cn) to be added as a Tier 1 mirror node in the Arch Linux official mirror network, with permission to sync directly from rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1/. Our mirror has recently been upgraded with dedicated access to the China Education and Research Network (CERNET) as a backbone node in Shandong Province, providing: High-speed IPv6 connectivity with a 20 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, ensuring excellent network performance for both domestic and international users. Robust infrastructure with redundant storage, reliable power, and 24/7 operational monitoring. Commitment to long-term service as part of our university’s mission to support open-source and academic communities.
