mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net is down due to problems with the upstream links. I'm afraid that at the moment no estimate on the time needed to fix the links is available, but I expect the problem to be solved not later than 24 hours from now.

A quick update on the mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net status: the fibres carrying the upstream links had apparently been severely damaged in a fire in the underground communications infrastructure, and so, unfortunately, their repair or re-routing will take more time than initially anticipated. I'll let you know once the links are back on-line and stable.

One of the links has been finally fixed and mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net is back online. No further downtime is expected.
