Hello, As a note, unless you are in a region with limited mirrors, you will only be accepted as a mirror if you got a significant amount of bandwidth if the region. Regions such as Germany have tons of mirrors with 10-40gbps bandwidth, thus the likelihood of being accepted in a region like Germany is low, but in other regions there is only 100mbps-1gbps bandwidth mirrors, and thus a higher likelihood of being added. However this information is on the archwiki page which Tails has linked you.
