we noticed that your mirror have some problems with ftp and rsync. ftp://mirrors.uk2.net/pub/archlinux/ is empty rsync://mirrors.uk2.net/archlinux/ is broken

Is this intentionally?

rsync is important to be in the same place since a lot of mirrors are synchronizing directly from you and currently are out of date.
