[arch-multilib] placement of repo in pacman.conf

Where are you guys putting multilib in pacman.conf? My instinct was last, but I see while there are still duplicates in community, it really needs to be moved up a little. That being said, might a better situation (in an ideal word) be to develop "multilib" as a sort of psuedo alternative architecture, rather than a repository?
