No it isn't, Pacman-key used to be broken and now isn't. You will need to update archlinux-keyring.

I hope this is the right list to be posting this in. I was installing the lib32 version of flash and happened to notice that the following multilib packages are signed with a revoked key: lib32-nspr, lib32-nss, lib32-curl.
