IRC/ Matrix channel for the ALPM project

Hi all, I have created a new public communication channel for the ALPM project [1]. On OFTC [2] the #alpm channel is now available. The channel can be access over IRC [3] and Matrix [4]. (Please see my recent mail to arch-dev-public [5] for the rationale behind choosing a different IRC network for this public channel.)
