[arch-projects] [PATCH 03/10] hotplug: properly clear the path to hotplug/uevent_helper

/proc/sys/kerne/hotplug has been deprecated (moved to /sys/kernel/uevent_helper) since 2.6.16. This updates it. Note, this should not be necessary, as there is no reason this string should not already be empty.
