Hey Luna,
as already mentioned by Brett [1], please abstain from sending these types of notifications. They create unnecessary traffic on the mailing lists and in this case even created a new topic.
If you'd like to attend to the meeting, please just join. There is no need to let anyone know about your absence or attendance.
