[arch-releng] [PATCH 9/9] [archiso] Rewrite cleanup step in mkarchiso

Currently works partially since in bash "*" is not expanded. Old dirs removed, always empty dirs removed from list. Also cleanup sync databases from pacman 3.4.0, avoiding problems with pacman -Sy since "sync" directory is deleted. Also there are three pending patches: * [syslinux-iso] Add comment about IPAPPEND option * [syslinux-iso] fix wrong commented value from previous commit * [syslinux-iso] comment IPAPPEND option in isolinux.cfg Good Luck! Hi, here are some points I would like to tackle for the future releases: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DeveloperWiki:releng_roadmap If something important is missing, let me know. But now, more then ever, releases will be what contributors make of it. I just don't have the time anymore to do actively work on aif/archiso/.. So if you want a new feature: get involved, I'd be more then happy to assist, get you started, and ultimately test/merge contributions. Dieter
