Is there a specific reason this cannot be fixed already in testing? mkarchiso bails out on the kernel26<2.6.30 dep of rt2500, making it a bit harder to work 2.6.30 iso's I just removed it out of the packages.list file and it seems to work, but maybe we can do this a cleaner way.
That's the right way to do it, we don't need rt2500 anymore - as I mentioned before rt2500pci should be stable enough now (I hope, I don't use it anymore). As long as this is not in testing, you have to work around it somehow - or we remove it from core now, which isn't bad either.
