Hi all, aif 2009.04.08 is now available in extra (and soon on your favorite mirror).

changes since 2009.01.02 ( = alpha version on arch 2009.02 release) - automatic procedure: a quickinst replacement and much more. - date/time refactoring (no more tzdata, support for ntpdate, logic should be better (but may not be bugfree) - updated docs - FHS compliant - better configure system menu ( also auto population of keyboard/font settings, hostname in /etc/hosts) - various fixes and improvements. see git log/bugtracker/...
