My next step is to build an updated iso for virtualbox to test: Latest packages, aif - newer version (latest patches) added to extra? updated memtest86+ more packages to packages.list: ntp, ssmtp

personally i just build a recent iso once, then i get aif-experimental-git from AUR, extract it, bring up networking, install git and makepkg, and make a snapshot in virtualbox. then everytime i want to play, i load the snapsnot, makepkg and install the package. official releases are quite infrequent, you have to use the above method if you want the latest fixes.

I did one on april 8/9. see http://www.archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-releng/2009-April/000495.html when there are enough fixes in experimental, i do a new release. (this will happen one or more times before the new iso release) Please send your list to the ML.
