Hi all, I think the date/time refactoring should now be done. 1) dialogs for all (or cli if you prefer that). no tzdata anymore. 2) correct (i hope?) behaviour. note the usages of the dohwclock functions and general flow

Like usual, you can play with this by pulling the latest code from the experimental branch (github or archlinux.org)

PS: the list @ http://bugs.archlinux.org/index/proj6?do=index&tasks=&project=6&... has been/is shrinking.. I'll release a new aif stable package soon.
