Well, technically, "Notify" isn't a noun in English as well and we should probably use "Notification" or "Notified" there.
Note that we had support for RTL languages a while ago, see 3d6c6cc
(Support for langauges written right-to-left, 2011-02-15). It was probably disregarded when we switched to the archweb design. If you want to implement this, having a look at the previous implementation might be helpful.
