[aur-dev] Support Chinese or other UTF-8 for AUR
AUR doesn't support any other than western language for commenting. When you wanna leave some info in comment, your only choice is English, otherwise you get all garbages display, but sometimes you do need to write some native saying Chinese info for reference. Please consider to fix this bug, thanks a lot.

Yes, I have tested, it works for at least Chinese.
