Hello, I recently uploaded a sadly very broken PKGBUILD to the AUR and named it godep-git. However, after reading the packaging guidelines, I've decided that it really should be just "godep," as the project has no releases, so I'm going to be uploading a working PKGBUILD under that name in a (hopefully) short amount of time. Therefore, could you please remove godep-git? Thanks, Sauyon

[aur-general] Orphan request: torque

The current 'torque' AUR package is not working anymore and a solution had not been found. I tried to contact the maintainer to send a new PKGBUILD but no answer was received; since I built a working package I would like to update it and become the maintainer. Have a nice day, Niccolò Maggioni

Please disown jack_mixer-git (owned by orbisvicis). I have emailed him two weeks previously about updating the PKGBUILD, and have heard no response. I'm not clear on the policies for inactive users, but orbisvicis is clearly AWOL, so perhaps it's best to disown the rest of his packages as well?

[aur-general] Delete vim-notmuch

Hi, I packaged this plug-in as a standalon vim plug-in, however, nowadays it's bundled with the official 'notmuch-vim' package already. In theory I could update the package for the people that want to have the latest and greatest version without having to wait for a notmuch release. However, those people are better served by using a plug-in manager like pathogen and use the Git repository. Cheers. -- Felipe Contreras
