[aur-general] Remove AUR packages

Please remove this: zfs-linux-lzfs-git http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=47101 zfs-linux-spl-git http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=47099 zfs-linux-zfs-git http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=47100 Because I remake them into one package (don't delet this): zfs-linux-git http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=47114
