So if you always sticked to arch32 because of lack of proprietary apps/lack fo time/fear of "those new things"/whatever... now you have no more excuses =) You can start contributing to arch64 today, just install a virtual machine! I'm doing it myself now ;-)

It only works if you have a quite recent CPU with 64-bit & virtualization built-in. VMware however supports running 64-bit guests on 32-bit AMD CPUs without VT-x/AMD-V. -- Anders Bergh
