[aur-general] Orphan request and illegal package

Hi, could you orphan this package? http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=16940 The maintainer doesn't update it and doesn't responds to the comments, however he is still active in aur. This package http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=24209 doesn't follow the aur rules, for more infos see FrozenFox last comment. Thank you in advance.
