I wrote a comment under each package about my proposals. kivy was flagged out of date 2013-08-10 and someone already asked if it could be orphaned. So maybe it’s best to just delete it.
Comments are informal and likely won't be noticed. The standard is to write the related parties an email and wait two weeks for a reply.
