[aur-general] Orphan request and removal request

Please orphan z26 [1] since it has not been updated since 2009, and has been flagged out of date since March, I will gladly adopt this. Please remove bin32-z26 [2] since we have multilib, and I will update z26 to support x86_64. Also, the source download is broken.
