[aur-general] Remove `react` and `ocaml-aaa`

Hello, Can you please remove `react` package [1], because: * it's abandoned * it doesn't have an ocaml- prefix as suggested by OCaml Package Guidelines [2] * there already is a *supported* up to date package [3] [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=33265 [2] https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/OCaml_Package_Guidelines [3] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=49470 There's also orphaned `ocaml-aaa` [1], which aimed to be a stripped down version of `ocaml-batteries` [2] -- but seems to be no longer maintained.
