Hi Yash, Glad you got it solved. I'd like to share some information on this issue for the future, however: If a package has been deleted, it should still be contained in the AUR git repository. In this case, one can clone the repository in question, make a bump revision to the PKGBUILD and push it to the AUR. Doing this will recreate the package: AUR's git hook for pushes will take care of creating the relevant database records. Hi all,
Recently the AUR package magic-wormhole was deleted by its maintainer.
Because of this, I want to now go ahead and maintain it myself.
Is there some procedure to reviving deleted AUR packages? I know there was something about how the git repo isn't truly deleted.
Thanks, Yash Yash Karandikar d5c4 1cbc 071b 41b3 f235 da13 f01e 92cd 2390 f369
